- EARNEST MONEY DELIVERY: Earnest money may be wired or picked up from your home.
- VIRTUAL INSPECTIONS: Your inspectors will send you a 50+ page inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions, so you’ll get to know every inch of the property.
- CLOSING TIME: A mobile notary will safely bring closing documents to you to sign.
