We're Hiring: Marketing Master, Operations Expert, Events Planner

Why does this role exist in The Wolek Group? 

We're looking for someone to create a consistent and classy marketing message which will display our culture and brand. They will share who we are and what we do as we help people through the real estate journey.  Our team likes to have fun with our local database, through events and giveaways, and also give back to our community, by promoting local businesses and non-profits with Tulsa looks good on you. We also value and provide training and education to real estate agents across the country with Your Journey with Jennie and empower young adults, with classes and scholarships from our charity, Keys to the City. 

Our goal each year is to generate repeat and referral business and this is achieved through delivering an exceptional customer experience for our clients while being an expert and leader in our real estate market.  

We are looking for an artist to promote our business through graphic design and storytelling, an integrator to implement the processes, and a project manager to push them along with ease.

This person will:

• Help grow our social media presence while keeping our groups engaged. 

• Post daily with a consistent message, while telling the stories of our team, our business and our clients. 

• Document the processes and stories to translate to our audience while adding to our procedure manual. 

• Plan and implement our client and team, in-person or virtual, events.

• Assist in promoting training classes for real estate agents, locally and nationally.

This person must have these skills:

• Graphic design and technology skills, with documented and proven experience.

• Ability to to assist with creating, editing, documenting through video.

• Social media savvy and management abilities.

• Writing and blogging expertise with the ability to tell a story while using proper grammar.

• Events and project management background. 

• A track record of success and results are key.
