It's Time to Get Moving, We're Here to Help!

 

Has Quarantine got you feeling rundown and out of whack? Are you ready to get moving and back into a fitness routine, but not sure how? Never fear...The Wolek Group is here to help!


Last year, in attempt to push herself beyond her own belief, Jennie Wolek set a BIG goal????l of running The New York City Marathon. Through all of the training and then the completion of the marathon, Jennie realized her fitness potential and experienced transformative growth, both mentally and physically. She could not have accomplished this without the help of her running coach and good friendKris Vogt. As soon as Jennie returned home to Tulsa, she signed up for a 1/2 marathon to be held in March. Well, you know what happened next...COVID-19.


After 5 months of working from home and falling out of an exercise regime, Jennie became frustrated and fed up with the way she felt. After the suggestion of her business coach, she reached out to the coach that had helped her achieve her most outstanding physical accomplishment to date.


In an effort to get Jennie and the rest of The Wolek Group moving, along with fulfilling Kris’ passion for coaching runners to achieve and exceed their greatness, we’ve come up with a 12 week goal-crushing and life-changing experience concluding on November 8, 2020.


You pick your distance or fitness commitment and we’ll help hold each other accountable to achieve our goals, together! Our team has set a variety of goals, from "moving our bodies 30-minutes a day" to "completing a half marathon.” No goal is too small or too big! We want to help you reach your potential and we are so excited for you to join us on this journey.

We have set a goal of raising $13,100 for our Tulsa and KW Community to go toward providing food for those in need, providing for families and children, as well as offering training and education for our youth.
