Tulsa Looks Good On Puppy Haven Rescue - The Wolek Group | Tulsa Realtor
Today Jennie sat down with Danielle, a volunteer at Tulsa-based Puppy Haven Rescue, a nonprofit created by Breanne Luiskutty in 2017 to save dogs who have been neglected, abandoned, impounded, or forgotten.
Puppy Haven Rescue is committed to giving neglected animals the great lives they deserve. Danielle says that Oklahoma ranks in the top 10 states for canine euthanasia; Puppy Haven is working diligently to rescue as many pups as possible from that fate. The organization has saved more than 2,000 since its inception four years ago.
Volunteers at Puppy Haven Rescue believe that every life is valuable; they welcome all dogs, regardless of breed, size, or age. Rescues are given the best care to ensure that they are healthy, socialized, and ready to be a part of a family in a forever home. The organization employs a screening process and requires that potential foster and adoptive homes are approved, and that families can provide the right amount of love, safety, and care necessary for formerly neglected animals.
The Wolek Group was thrilled to donate $500 to this fantastic organization as part of a recent virtual client-appreciation event. Danielle says that Puppy Haven relies exclusively on donations and volunteers, and every contribution of money and time helps.
