We’re looking for a full-time Listing Manager + Client Concierge to join our busy real estate team!
The Listing Manager for The Wolek Group is excited about the opportunity to provide our Seller clients with “Concierge” style customer service while managing all aspects of the listing process. They embrace their role in assisting in the growth of our team through sharing and providing “Our Promise” and are committed to the success of the team and the culture of Keller Williams.
The Listing Manager will support the Listing Agent, and the team, all the way through the listing process, from the first appointment is scheduled, to getting the property on the market and until there is an accepted contract. All along the way, the Listing Manager will ensure that our client has the best possible experience.
The Listing Manager is a highly efficient, well-organized individual, with the ability to build rapport with our clients on a high level. They exercise excellent time management and the capacity to manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.
The Listing Manager is self-motivated and continues to seek out ways to improve the process and client care for continued growth. Most importantly they have grit, a growth mindset and gratitude, in life and in their work.
This is a full-time professional position with the pay ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, with opportunity for income increase and advancement. Some real estate experience or knowledge preferred.
